Join the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), Tuesday May 14, from 1:30 - 3 p.m. ET for a free Webinar on health IT enabled care coordination. The expert panel will include Ilana Graetz, Ph.D., David Dorr, M.D., and, Anuj Dalal, M.D., F.H.M., who will present on improving care coordination by leveraging electronic information systems. Issues to be discussed include the use of automated emails to notify providers of patients’ test results; the impact of care coordination systems on patient outcomes, and how care coordination supports quality improvement.
