Data Submission: AHRQ Nursing Home Survey on Patient Safety Culture Comparative Database

Dear Database Users and Submitters:

The AHRQ Nursing Home Survey on Patient Safety Culture Comparative Database will be open for submission of Nursing Home survey data fromApril 1-21.  

General submission information is available at: https://www.sops-database.org/nursinghome. 

Submission Information  

Registration: We will notify you of the URL for registration on April 1, 2014.  

Data Use Agreement (DUA): The DUA assures nursing homes about the confidentiality of their data and explains how their data will be used. All nursing homes must submit a DUA during submission.  

Survey Data File Specifications: The nursing home survey has not changed and the specifications for submitting data are available on the Web site and remain the same as in previous years.  

Benefit of Participation: An individual site-level nursing home feedback report comparing results to the comparative database will be provided to submitters.
