CDC HAN 362: Guidance to US Clinicians Regarding New WHO Polio Vaccination Requirements for Travel by Residents of and Long-term Visitors to Countries with Active Polio Transmission
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) sent this bulletin at 06/02/2014 09:21 PM EDTA new CDC Health Advisory titled “Guidance to US Clinicians Regarding New WHO Polio Vaccination Requirements for Travel by Residents of and Long-term Visitors to Countries with Active Polio Transmission” is available at http://emergency.cdc.gov/han/han00362.asp.
The purpose of this health advisory is to alert U.S. clinicians of possible new vaccination requirements for patients planning travel for greater than four weeks to countries with ongoing poliovirus transmission.
