Take the Pledge to End Health Disparities

Racial and ethnic minorities still lag in many health outcome measures. They are less likely to get the preventive care they need to stay healthy and more likely to have serious chronic illnesses, such as diabetes or heart disease. When they get sick, they are less likely to have access to quality health care.
The National Partnership for Action to End Health Disparities (NPA) was established to mobilize a nationwide, comprehensive, community-driven, and sustained approach to combating health disparities and achieving health equity.Take the pledge to support a nation free of disparities in health and health care.
