  • Vacancy Announcement: Fogarty Deputy Director The John E. Fogarty International Center (FIC) of the National Institutes of Health is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Deputy Director to assist in providing leadership to one of the preeminent Centers for global health research and capacity building. The FIC achieves its mission through supporting and facilitating global health research conducted by U.S. and international investigators, building partnerships between health research institutions in the U.S. and abroad, and coordinating a staff of approximately 100 employees and contractors with an annual budget of approximately $70 million. The Deputy Director is a vital part of the leadership team, serving as the second-in-command for the Center.
