Now Available: Video Replay of CAHPS® Webcast on Reporting Patients' Comments



Now Available: Webcast Replay of “Public Reporting of Patients’ Comments with Quality Measures: How Can We Make It Work?”

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality's (AHRQ’s) CAHPS User Network has posted a recording of a June 3 Webcast: “Public Reporting of Patients’ Comments with Quality Measures: How Can We Make It Work?” This Webcast focused on the collection of patient comments and their use in public reports that are designed to inform consumers about health care providers. Researchers discussed an ongoing AHRQ study of methods for eliciting representative patient comments and reporting those comments in a coherent manner with standardized measures of physician quality, including CAHPS® measures of patient experience and clinical measures of patient treatment.
