Among the five West African countries affected by the Ebola outbreak,
Liberia has had the highest number of cases and deaths. CDC worked
with the Liberian Ministry of Health and Social Welfare (MOHSW) to
establish incident management system principles. This report describes
MOHSW’s Ebola response structure, plans made during the initial
assessment, implementation of interventions aimed at improving the
system, and plans for further development of the response
