Today is the deadline for 2015 healthcare coverage starting February 1st

Dept. of Health & Human Services
Since the start of Open Enrollment, millions of Americans have taken action to make sure they’re covered for 2015. But there’s still more work to do to ensure that more families are able to find and sign up for quality, affordable health insurance through the Marketplace.
We need your help to continue to get the word out. Here’s what you need to know:
  • Now is the time to shop for an affordable plan at HealthCare.gov. If you, or someone you know, still need healthcare coverage for 2015 - today is the deadline for coverage that starts February 1, but Open Enrollment runs through February 15, 2015.
  • There is choice and competition in the Marketplace. This year, there are 25 percent more health insurance issuers competing in the Marketplace for your business.
  • Financial help is available. Eight out of 10 people can find coverage for $100 or less a month with tax credits through the Marketplace. And 87 percent of people who selected 2015 plans through HealthCare.gov in the first month of Open Enrollment got financial assistance to help lower the cost of premiums.
  • And it’s easier than ever. We’ve worked hard to make the consumer experience atHealthCare.gov simpler, faster, and more intuitive. And we’re working to meet consumers where they are, whether that’s online, over the phone or in person.
So if you still need healthcare coverage for 2015 - visit HealthCare.gov today and sign up for 2015 coverage starting February 1. If you already have health insurance – take a moment to forward this email to someone you know who might still need to get covered.

Take action today and help us spread the word!
