TeamSTEPPS Master Training Course.

Johns Hopkins Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality. April 15–16, 2015; Constellation Energy Building, Baltimore, MD.

Team training programs seek to improve communication and coordination among team members to reduce the potential for medical error. This workshop will train participants to design, implement, and evaluate team training programs in their organizations based on the TeamSTEPPS model. The course includes a pre-session webinar and post-workshop follow-up call.
