This free Webcast from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) will discuss the development of the new AHRQ Ambulatory Surgery Center Survey on Patient Safety Culture, present results from the pilot test, and introduce the available toolkit materials. In addition, survey users will share their experiences using the survey and plans to improve their patient safety culture.
