2015 American Hospital Association–McKesson Quest for Quality Prize.

Chicago, IL: American Hospital Association and Health Research & Educational Trust.

This award program recognizes organization-wide commitment to the six key goals outlined in Crossing the Quality Chasm: safety, effectiveness, patient-centeredness, timeliness, efficiency, and equity. The 2015 honorees are the Children's Hospital Colorado, Duke University Hospital, Nationwide Children's Hospital, and Schneck Medical Center. The deadline for submitting an application for the 2016 award is October 11, 2015.
