Disruptive behavior among clinicians is a recognized problem that can hinder teamwork and detract from aculture of safety. This news article describes barriers to addressing disruptive behaviors in health care such as clinician reluctance to raise concerns about colleagues and discusses efforts to address the issue, including financial incentives and nonjudgemental conversations.
