During the webinar, participants will receive an overview of how user feedback and metrics can help you understand your consumer audience, and what types of reports and information are important to them. The discussion will include information and guidance on:
- Identifying the role of consumer feedback in developing and improving public reporting sites
- Describing recent findings on consumer information-seeking related to health quality
- Explaining data available for MONAHRQ-generated websites from Google Analytics or other analytics tools, and the steps in setting up Google Analytics for MONAHRQ-generated websites
- Proposing opportunities to learn about consumer users’ needs and priorities
