T32 and STTR Paylines for FY 2016

We posted new fiscal year NIAID Paylines:

• Institutional NRSA Training Awards (T32): 22 overall impact/priority score
• STTR Phase I and II—Small Business Technology Transfer (R41, R42): 26 overall impact/priority score

With these two paylines set, NIAID has fiscal year 2016 paylines for all grant types.
