International Meeting on Emerging Diseases and Surveillance Vienna, Austria, November 4-7, 2016 Abstract Submissions for IMED 2016 are OPEN Dear Colleague, Take note: The 6th International Meeting on Emerging Diseases and SurveillanceABSTRACT DEADLINE is in just two weeks, on JULY 1. We encourage you to submit your abstract describing your work related to emerging diseases so that you have an opportunity to present your work. Abstract Submission Abstract Guidelines We are also excited to let you know, that for the first time, IMED 2016 will be preceded by a hackathon. To accelerate the development of innovative approaches to detect, predict and prevent the next outbreak, the hackathon at IMED will bring together multidisciplinary teams to develop practice-oriented solutions at the intersections of climate change, migration, technology, medicine, the public and private sectors, and social economy. Prototype projects will be presented at IMED. You will find up-to-date information on the program on the IMED website.
