| The Network for Public Health Law and PHLP will host a webinar, “Combating the Zika Virus: Mosquito-Control and the Law,” Thursday, July 21, 2016, from 2:30 to 4:00 pm (EDT). Speakers will provide an overview of the public health problem Zika poses, including an update on legal and policy approaches used to address the virus, both internationally and domestically. Presenters will also discuss the legal framework for community mosquito control and will offer information on how law and policy can be used to prevent the transmission of mosquito-borne diseases, such as Zika. | |
