State of Care in NHS Acute Hospitals: 2014 to 2016.

This report summarizes National Health Service hospital performance across a range of care quality metrics at both the trust and service level. Most hospitals were found to be improving their care quality and basic performance was found to be high. Notably, leadership engagement in safety improvement and safety culture were associated with hospitals that delivered high-quality care.
