Since the launch of the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research’s new strategic visioning initiative, the NIDCR 2030 website has had more than 2,000 visitors. Join the researchers, faculty, students, healthcare providers, public health professionals, industry representatives, government officials, patients, advocates, and other community members who have already shared their views about how to advance dental, oral, and craniofacial research over the next 15 years.
Numerous research ideas, comments, and votes have been submitted in five key areas:
- Oral Health + Overall Health
- Precision Health
- Autotherapies
- Oral Biodevices
- Workforce Diversity
Please submit any ideas you may have—no matter how preliminary—before it’s too late! You can also comment on the ideas of others. The idea submission portal and discussion board will remain open through Friday, May 19, 2017. All votes must be entered by Friday, June 2, 2017. NIDCR will use your ideas and comments to plan future workshops and identify themes for potential funding opportunities.
