Workforce Training Webinar: Instructional Materials for Health IT Professionals and Educators
The Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) is hosting an informational webinar featuring workforce training awardees in September. The webinar will highlight the free workforce training materials available for health IT professionals and educators. These materials, used by more than 9,000 individuals who recently completed the programs, cover a variety of topics including population health, care coordination & interoperable health IT systems, value-based care, patient-centered care, and healthcare data analytics.

AUGUST 25: Public Comments Deadline: Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement

There are only 3 weeks left in the 30-day public comment period to submit comments on the trusted exchange framework and common agreement provisions in Section 4003 of the Cures Act. Your comments should specify considerations, concerns, and success stories for the exchange of health data across networks. All comments must be submitted according to the instructions. For security reasons, attachments are not allowed on the online comment form. If you wish to submit a letter or attachment ONLY, please send them to exchangeframework@hhs.gov.
Deadline: The public comment period for the trusted exchange framework and common agreement provisions will end on August 25, 2017 at 11:59pm ET
