TeamSTEPPS is a method to enhance communication and teamwork in health care. This webinar is the final part of a series that will offer insights on one academic medical center's efforts to sustain improvements achieved through TeamSTEPPS implementation. This session will discuss addressing resistance to change at various levels of the organization and learning strategies employed to support continuous improvement. This is part of a monthly series of educational modules on TeamSTEPPS.
