The Institute for Healthcare Improvement/National Patient Safety Foundation (IHI/NPSF) is seeking proposals for the 20^th Annual IHI/NPSF Patient Safety Congress, May 23-25, 2018, in Boston.

IHI/NPSF is building their roster of expert faculty and poster presenters and invites you to submit an abstract that demonstrates a successful patient safety initiative for consideration by the IHI/NPSF planningcommittee. Submit your proposal in any of the six educational tracks: Advancing Safety Science; Patient safety in Non-Hospital Settings; Workforce Safety: A Prerequisite for Joy in Work; Culture of Safety in the Workplace; Harnessing Technology to Improve Safety; and Medication Safety across the Continuum.Submit a proposal to speak at the 20th Annual Congress.
