ONC Certification Program Update: NEW ONC-ATL & ONC-ACB



Announcing a New ONC-Authorized Testing Laboratory (ONC-ATL) 
The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) has been granted status as an ONC-Authorized Testing Laboratory (ONC-ATL) for the testing of the 2015 Edition certification criteria § 170.315(c)(1)-(c)(4) in the ONC Health IT Certification Program. NCQA’s electronic quality measures testing method was approved by the National Coordinator as an ONC-Approved Alternative Test Method in June 2017 for the testing of electronic clinical quality measure certification criteria § 170.315(c)(2)-(c)(4). 

Announcing ONC-Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB) 
In addition, the Gaming Laboratories International, LLC doing business as SLI Compliance has been granted status as an ONC-Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB) for the certification of 2014 Edition certification criteria (including Release 2) and 2015 Edition certification criteria in the ONC Health IT Certification Program (the Program). Also an ONC-Authorized Testing Laboratory, SLI Compliance, has provided testing under the Program since 2012, and has expanded its participation to perform certification activities as well.
