Notice of Funding Opportunity Deadline: Tribal Public Health Capacity Building and Quality Improvement Umbrella Cooperative Agreement

Applications are due April 24, 2018, no later than 11:59 pm (EDT) for CDC’s Office for State, Tribal, Local and Territorial Support (OSTLTS) notice of funding opportunity (NOFO), CDC-RFA-OT18-1803: Tribal Public Health Capacity Building and Quality Improvement Umbrella Cooperative Agreement. This five-year cooperative agreement will fund up to 25 federally recognized AI/AN tribal nations and regional AI/AN tribally designated organizations to optimize the quality and performance of tribal public health systems, including infrastructure, workforce, data and information systems, programs and services, resources and communication, and partnerships.
