US Surgeon General to Attend the 2nd International Symposium to Advance Total Worker Health

As we approach the dates for the 2nd International Symposium to Advance Total Worker Health® on May 8-11th, we are excited to announce that the United States Surgeon General, VADM Jerome M. Adams, MD, MPH will be attending our Symposium to deliver a welcome address and speak on his views regarding worker health and well-being.

“VADM Jerome M. Adams, MD, MPH, the 20th Surgeon General of the United States, was sworn into office on September 5, 2017. Dr. Adams’ motto as Surgeon General is ‘better health through better partnerships.’ Dr. Adams is committed to maintaining strong relationships with the public health community and forging new partnerships with non-traditional partners, including business and law enforcement.”(US DHHS, 2018)
